+ In general __no__, we like the current design and we're not going to change it based purely on aesthetics. If there is a functional problem or bug please let us know. If you really really don't like the fonts the you can create yourself an account (just like you would to edit a page) and then visit your UserPreferences page. In there you will find an option that will allow you to specify that you would like to always use the font size specified by your browser. Check this, reload the page, and you'll find that the wiki returns to whatever your browser prefers.
