- Computer Science department has offered sponsorship of the meeting room for another year, provided we increase publicity
- Also offered 6 months of room rental for Python classes

Financials
- Need to finalize the financial reports for last 2 financial years so we can re-register with MoBIE
- Tony advised he wishes to step down as treasurer at the end of his term
- Income we cannot document (IE anonymous donations), put it down to Saturday workshop gold coin donations
