Discussion of changes to charter

ReneBartosh tabled the updated WlugCharter2013Draft, after discussion and changes took place.

Motion: that the updated WlugCharter2013Draft be adopted as the current WlugCharter

Moved: MichaelRyan?
Seconded: ChrisOhalloran

Motion carried unanimously.

MichaelRyan? will look into a more extensive re-draft of the charter and notify members once this is complete, so a Special General Meeting may be called.
