There was once a vector-drawing program called KIllustrator, but a german legal firm sent a cease and desist letter on behalf of Adobe. However, Adobe was not employing that firm, and was not happy. They refuted the cease and desist, but the project had already been renamed Kontour. (News coverage at http://www.theregister.co.uk/2001/07/23/killustrator_now_called_kontour/)
The developers stopped working on Kontour, though. Now it has been replaced with Karbon14 (http://www.koffice.org/karbon/), a part of the KOffice suite (http://www.koffice.org/). Kontour is still being packaged with some Linux distributions, such as Debian.
No page links to Kontour.
