iltonham__ (a mis-spelling of [Hamilton
]) is an IRC channel founded on Undernet by OliverJones, DanielLawson, and PerryLorier. OliverJones is the official "channel owner". Basically he was the one who filled out the form on Undernet's web server. There is nothing special about being the owner.
