Versions are available for [Windows] and [Linux].
It exists due to the generosity of [Linspire] (nee Lindows) and their want to offer a web authoring tool on their OS. It is written mostly by [Daniel Glazman | http://www.glazman.org/], the lead Mozilla Composer developer, who is contracted by Linspire to write it.
