2 MattBrown 3 A piece of kit used that is used to implement an L2TP network. An LNS is usually hosted by your [ISP]. It takes a L2TP tunneled connection created by a [LAC] (which typically live at your Telco) and splits it open and does whatever your ISP does with your traffic (ie, usually route it).
