A type of [IRC] bot that learns by listening to what people say on a channel, and then when someone asks a question, it repeats the line. Of course this usually has hilarious results, and is often like a little child repeating what it overheard it's parents say. On the odd occasion an infobot learns useful information and is helpful when you ask a question.
