A simple class of DataBase containing raw data and lacking explicit references. In contrast RelationalDataBases have primary keys and secondary keys and often indexes; HierarchicalDataBases have key-value pairs; XMLDataBases have id's and SpreadSheets have references between cells in formulae.
CommaSeparatedVector?s are perhaps the most widely known form of FlatFile.
