This camera is not working with Video4Linux straight out of the box. I am attempting to get it working and will post an update if I do.
It almost works with the drivers at 
http://www.rastageeks.org/ov51x-jpeg/ as it displays changing data but it is garbage. With a little more work I think this would get here. This is probably due to it's non-JPEG compression.
