Update the access and modification times of each FILE to the
current time.


__-a__


change only the access time


__-c__, __--no-create__


do not create any files


__-d__, __--date__=''STRING''


parse STRING and use it instead of current time


__-f__


(ignored)


__-m__


change only the modification time


__-r__, __--reference__=''FILE''


use this file's times instead of current time


__-t__ STAMP


use [[[[CC]YY]MMDDhhmm[[.ss] instead of current
time


__--time__=''WORD''


set time given by WORD: access atime use (same as __-a__)
modify mtime (same as __-m__)


__--help__


display this help and exit


__--version__


output version information and exit


Note that the three time-date formats recognized for the
__-d__ and __-t__ options and for the obsolescent
argument are all different.
