23 This rebuilds the !ScrollKeeper database from the original
24 OMF metadata files and documents. Under normal situations,
25 this tool is not necessary. It is useful however if the
26 database becomes corrupt, which could be caused by
27 interruption of !ScrollKeeper during an update of the
