It is primarily intended to be controlled using the __powertweak__ or __gpowertweak__ programs. !!OPTIONS __-c, --config-file__ Specify the file to read settings from. __--no-daemon__ Run in the foreground rather than as a daemon. __--no-info__ Do not use information-only tweaks. __-p, --profile-dir__ Specify the directory in which profile information can be found __--version__ Show the version of program then exit. !!FILES __/etc/powertweak/tweaks__ Default configuration file. When the set of currently active tweaks is saved they will be stored in this file. On startup __powertweakd__ will parse this file (unless another is specified with the -c or --config-file options) and apply the tweaks defined to the system. !!SECURITY CONSIDERATIONS __powertweakd__ can be used to make hardware and kernel level changes to your system configuration. These changes may adversely affect system performance and may lead to system crashes or data corruption.
