Users should always invoke __grohtml__ via the groff command with a __-Thtml__ option. If no files are given, __grohtml__ will read the standard input. A filename of __-__ will also cause __grohtml__ to read the standard input. Html output is written to the standard output. When __grohtml__ is run by __groff__ options can be passed to __grohtml__ using __groff__'s __-P__ option. !!OPTIONS __-v__ Displays the version. __-?__ Emits a usage synopsis. __-l__ Turns off the production of automatic section links at the top of the document. __-r__ Turns off the automatic header and footer line (html rule). __-n__ Generate simple heading anchors whenever a section/number heading is found. Without the option the anchor value is the textual heading. This can cause problems when a heading contains a `?' on some brousers (netscape). This flag is automatically turned on if a heading contains an image. __-F__''dir'' Prepend directory ''dir''__/dev__''name'' to the search path for font and device description files; ''name'' is the name of the device, usually __html__. __-i__''resolution'' Select the resolution for all images. By default this is 80 pixels per inch. Example: -i100 indicates 100 pixels per inch. __-I__''stem'' Determine the image stem name. If omitted grohtml uses __grohtml-__''XXX'' (''XXX'' is the process ID). __-D__''dir'' Inform __grohtml__ to place all image files into directory ''dir''. __-v__ Print the version number. __-?__ Display usage. !!USAGE There are styles called __R__, __I__, __B__, and __BI__ mounted at font positions 1 to 4. !!DEPENDENCIES __grohtml__ is dependent upon the png utilities (__pnmcut__, __pnmtopng__) and !GhostScript (__gs__). Images are generated whenever a table, picture, equation or line is encountered. !!BUGS __Grohtml__ has been completely redesigned and rewritten.
