CK8S Ethernet Controller
As found on nForce4 motherboards, this controller apparently supports 1000BaseT, however I've had problems with it on two different 100BaseT switches sending at 100mbit using lots of cpu and being very slow.
The forcedeth driver in 2.6.9 and above detects this controller.
