DESCRIPTION

kpsetool is a Bourne shell script that makes a teTeX-style kpsetool, kpsexpand, and kpsepath available. kpsetool uses web2cs (new) kpsexpand binary, so the syntax for kpsexpand is incompatible with teTeXs as of version 0.4.
