__kpsetool__ is a Bourne shell script that makes a
teTeX-style __kpsetool__, __kpsexpand__, and
__kpsepath__ available. __kpsetool__ uses
__web2c__s (new) __kpsexpand__ binary, so the syntax
for __kpsexpand__ is incompatible with teTeXs as of
version 0.4.
