SYNOPSIS
       defoma-id [options] list-cache app
       defoma-id [options] install app/id-cache id font
       defoma-id [options] exclude app/id-cache id font
       defoma-id [options] unset app/id-cache id font
       defoma-id [options] add-alias app/id-cache id font alias
       defoma-id [options] remove-alias app/id-cache alias font

DESCRIPTION
       defoma-id  is  supposed  to  be invoked not from a command
       line, but from dfontmgr.
