cdrecord for Debian

The author of cdrecord is Jörg Schilling <schilling@fokus.gmd.de>
and it was packaged for Debian by Erik Andersen <andersee@debian.org>.

The Debian package includes few modifications:

 - cdrecord uses SHM instead of MMAP method. This is needed to make it work
   with all kernels versions in Debian, not depending on the build time
   version.
 - mkisofs does not include infos about the build system in the volume
   description (mkisofs version, command line arguments). This was needed to
   keep users privacy.

If you have a problem with the way cdrecord records CDs, mail the author.
