1) Let's get rid of that annoying "No logname found" message.
2) Perhaps it would be better to spool the TeX- and not the DVI-file,
   in order to avoid any inconsistences btw a changed TeX- and an old
   DVI-File? Is there any way to check, whether a TeX-file has been 
   changed since the last latex run?  
3) Can someone look over the ToDo and Readme file and correct all the 
   mistakes? :^}
