NAME
       vcut - cuts Ogg Vorbis files


SYNOPSIS
       vcut infile.ogg outfile1.ogg outfile2.ogg cutpoint


DESCRIPTION
       vcut  reads  an Ogg Vorbis audio file and splits it at the
       given cutpoint, which is a sample number.
