vga11x19 -- A new font for dosemu

I'm using dosemu under X Window System with a high resolution and an
unfortunenately small monitor (like most of us). The normal vga font was
just 8x16 pixels, so it was a bit small. So I needed a larger font.

I took the LucidaSansTypewriter-18 font (11x19 grid), converted it to IBM
codepage 437 encoding, hand-crafted some characters (line drawing and some
others), and copied the rest from vga font (it's smaller, but those
characters aren't very common).

To install this font, just copy vga11x19.pcf to some font directory
(probably /usr/X11/lib/X11/fonts/misc) and run 'mkfontdir .' in that
directory. Probably you also need to run 'xset fp rehash'.
