This gmp package was built for Debian by Dale Scheetz <dwarf@polaris.net>
from sources found at ftp.gnu.org.

GNU MP is free software and may be freely copied on the terms contained in 
the files /usr/share/common-licenses/LGPL and /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL 
(most of GNU MP is under the former, some under the latter).

Both the libgmp and libmp libraries are released under the LGPL.

The documentation is released under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL).
A copy of this license is included in the libgmp-doc package as part of the
gpm.info files.
