sdl-mixer1.2 for Debian

You can now play MIDI files with sdl-mixer (ie with playmus, see examples).
For this you need to have timidity-patches (and timidity) installed. As
these packages are rather large, they are only "recommended". Install them,
if you want to play MIDI files with sdl-mixer. Don't install them and enjoy
the free space, if you do not play MIDI files. Thanks to Arthur Korn for
tracing this down.
