NAME
       licq - an X11 ICQ client


SYNOPSIS
       licq [-h] [-b dir] [-d #]

DESCRIPTION
       Licq  is  an  X11 ICQ client built around the Qt interface
       libraries. It  supports  most  features  of  the  original
       Mirabilis  client,  including  messaging,  chat,  and file
       transfer.

   OPTIONS
       -h     Print a usage message on standard output then exit.

       -b dir Specify  the  base  directory for configuration and
              data files (default: $HOME/.licq)

       -d #   Set the debugging level.
              1 - show startup information.
              2 - dump every sent packet.

FILES
       $HOME/.licq
            per-user configuration data.
