__cdrkit__ is a [Fork] created by [Debian] from Jörg Schilling's <tt>cdrtools</tt> package. The main reason for the fork was Schilling's use of the [GPL]-incompatible [CDDL] for licensing his build system. Another factor was ongoing difficulties in working with him over submitting patches, bug reports etc. crdkit uses the [wodim] CD/DVD burning engine. |
