Its currently proposed (by JohnBillings), that each year one member of the committee will be appointed as a tech coordinator to make sure things get done involving the server, and other technical issues facing the LUG (domain registration, ssl certificates, wiki/site maintenance, server updates, hardware replacements, etc, etc...)
