Committee meetings are usually held on the Monday after the standard WLUG presentation meeting, at a private residence. Due to this, admission is restricted to committee members and invited members. If you wish to raise a point to the WLUG committee please contact the Secretary, who will add your item to the agenda and invite you to attend the meeting if it is required.
As with all good committees, full meeting minutes are made available; see CommitteeMeetingTopics. The committee have a mailing list at http://list.waikato.ac.nz/pipermail/wlug-committee/ which can be susbscribed to read-only by all society members.
Another important group is the WlugSysadmins who maintain the WlugServer. This group deals with technical issues facing the LUG (domain registration, ssl certificates, wiki/site maintenance, server updates, hardware replacements, etc, etc...)
