Tcl, or Tool Command Language. Pronounced tickle, apparently. Often paired with Tk (see TclTk). Information about Tcl might be found

Tcl is just another interpreted or "scripting" language. Most of its popularity seemed to have stemmed from using it alongside Tk.
In my humble opinion, Python is a better choice of interpreted language. -- SamJansen
