Slackware's PackageManagementTool.
Basically just a TarBall with a desciption and postinstall script.
Can be enhanced with 
swaret and/or Slapt-Get which work much like Debian's APT system.
There is a large repository of Slackware packages at http://www.linuxpackages.net/.
