He is good at what he is doing

"yes", "hooray" etc
"Check out my mad st33z"
Look at what I am doing well.
"i will out-st33z you all"
I will do better than you all

You cannot have a single 'st33'. My dad seemed to think you should be able to. That means he has 0 St33z.
