Hopefully this page will eventually be padded out with some details on using the sockaddr_storage structure for AddressFamily independent socket addressing. Until then you can find out some more in RFC:3493. Or bug MattBrown to remember to update the page when he's worked out how to do things with sockaddr_storage nicely :)
