Both use [Video4Linux] sources for capture, so this will be the first mission. The only experience I have with this previously is a small amount of playing with MythTV.
Currently I cannot find [Linux] drivers for this card (swann dvr 4), I have emailed the chipset manufacturers and swann.. however have not received any response yet. I will chase this up, so far I cannot recommend this card as it seems to be an unsupported chipset under [Linux].
I will post more information when I find any more.

It works under [Windows], however the [Windows] [Software] doesn't seem to be as advanced as zoneminder.
