Sortof the computer world's equivalent of the BoyRacer?.

Delights in breaking into systems, spreading virii, and disrupting legitimate networks and services. But never by their own skill - as they very seldom posess any. No, they just download and use other peoples scripts (or sploits), which they can run happily with their tiny little minds safely in "Off" mode.

Many of them use Linux, and pretend to know how it works. Ditto C, or anything else that may make them appear knowledgeable to outsiders...this helps cast legitimate Linux/C/whatever "Hackers" in a bad light.

Like BoyRacer?'s, they are of no use to anyone, and should be shot on sight.
