Ok...I'm a little annoyed at finding something I wrote on a flames page to have been edited and sanitised/censored. Apparently this does not present the mature face of the LUG.

I'd like to propose the following be linked from the front page:

This is a community wiki. Here you will find a lot of useful information created/typed/linked in the spare time of the contributing members of the WLUG.

These are a diverse bunch of people, who have a lot of diverse lives, and have a lot of diverse opinions.

Hence, there is also another, more colourful side to this wiki.

Please regard anything you read here as opinion. If you are offended, that is your right, but please just keep it to yourself. Or mail to flames@localhost.localdomain.

Censorship is bad. Worrying about professional image while blowing off steam in your own time is also bad.

And of course...this is also opinion...
