http://www.palm.com Those neat little personal organisers you write on with a stylus. Originally powered by [Motorola] Dragonball [CPU]s with clock speeds between 16 and 33 MHz, they nowadays use [Intel] XScale processors which are a later version of the [ARM] and [StrongARM] [CPU] which they previously ran ([Intel] bought the rights to the [ARM]). Presumably they emulate the old 680x0 chips in software. The Palms run [PalmOS] as their OperatingSystem. See also: * PalmNotes * [Palm OS Desktop HOWTO | http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/PalmOS-HOWTO.html]
