The 
Oracle Corporation, headed by one infamous CEO Larry Ellison, claim that 'Oracle Corporation provides the software that powers the InterNet', although that designation probably goes to IOS written by Cisco. Their most notable software product is their RDBMS, aptly named Oracle DataBase.
