!!Discussion of changes to charter

ReneBartosh tabled the updated [WlugCharter2013Draft], after discussion and changes took place.

Motion: that the updated [WlugCharter2013Draft] be adopted as the current WlugCharter

Moved: MichaelRyan %%%
Seconded: ChrisOhalloran

__Motion carried unanimously.__

MichaelRyan will look into a more extensive re-draft of the charter and notify members once this is complete, so a Special General Meeting may be called.

Meeting closed at 8.15pm.
