Discussion of changes to charter

ReneBartosh tabled the updated WlugCharter2013Draft after discussion and changes took place.

MichaelRyan? will look into a more extensive re-draft of the charter and notify members once this is complete so a special general meeting may be called.

MichaelRyan? moved that the updated WlugCharter2013Draft be adopted as the current WlugCharter, ChrisOHalloran seconded. Carried unanimously.
