We should wait for the new PhpWiki and use the 'automatically take me to this page' feature. People will always create wrong links and it's easy to cover the bases. --CraigBox

That would be cool, although I don't like that "symlink" solution as much as Wikipedia's, where pages can have multiple names. But it's better than nothing, at least. At any rate, it's us, the gnomes, who links a lot of things in the first place; does it make a lot of extra difference when people do create links, but the wrong ones? --AristotlePagaltzis

I'm not manually renaming the page on all its backlinks. ;) There is a RenamePage feature in the new wiki as well, but not all references to Debian will suit being a reference to DebianLinux, and vice versa. Maybe the feature will filter through from MediaWiki eventually. Not everything that everyone does is necesarily groomed by the gnoomes. -- CraigBox
