CarBoot GNU/Linux is a mini Linux distrobution being developed by GianPerrone and RobBakker to be used as a car MP3 player. It is based on BusyBox and uLibC, and aims to be very minimalist. It needs to be able to: * Not care about being turned on and off at random moments - mount the filesystem readonly (thanks Perry!) * Provide an LCD display and IR remote interface (This hardware is being developed by RobBakker) * Have a simple and quick song upload and selection process Anyone who wants to help, please do get in touch.
