And here's a nice photo showing the old campus and the new campus. In the fore-ground is the old campus in Oamaru stone, then the trees and gardens of Hagley Park, then the cluster on buildings at the Ilam campus (the tall building is the library and the long building is Rutherford building housing the chemistry and physics departments). On the horizon are the are the Southern Alps covered in snow.
