Acronym for Congestion Control IDentifier

CCID's are used to identify which Congestion Control algorithm DCCP is using.

CCID1: Deprecated
CCID2: TCP-like congestion control
CCID3: TFRC: TCP Friendly Rate Control. A congestion control algorithm that tries to avoid abrupt changes in rate.
