BjarneStroustrup is the designer of C++, which initially was just a C preprocessor to add ObjectOrientation to the language. It grew until it became a seperate language complete with its own ISO standard, and Compilers. While there is a list of them at 
Stroustrup's homepage, he has been very careful to never endorse one.
