An Acronym for Asia Pacific Network Information Centre.

The registry that allocates IPv4 addresses to countries in Asia Pacific (including NewZealand). These are the people who hand out /24 and /25s (see ClasslessInterDomainRouting) so that residential customers in NZ get put in a /8 that is mostly allocated to China and South Korea and used extensively by spammers/crackers. Please don't blindly firewall off 210.0.0.0/8 addresses!
