An [Acronym] for __A__sia __P__acific __N__etwork __I__nformation __C__entre.
The registry that allocates [IPv4] addresses to countries in Asia Pacific (including NewZealand). These are the people who hand out /24 and /25s (see ClasslessInterDomainRouting) so that residential customers in NZ get put in a /8 that is mostly allocated to China and South Korea and used extensively by spammers/crackers. __Please__ don't blindly firewall off 210.0.0.0/8 addresses!
